Need Help From Senior People

After finishing my bank transfer from my Fiverr account a pin number comes to my mobile but when I put that pin number, I see the wrong pin number. Then, my account has been restricted.
I Talk to Fiverr customer care. They said I have to change my password. then I input the PIN that comes in the password change, but, my password is still wrong.
I hope that I will get the right solution to this problem.
