Hey guys,
Recently I added a gig video. But it the Thumbnail is showing full gray and cannot change using thumbnail editing tool, the edit I’m making not save or not appear on the gig. I tried this over a week and contacted Customer support and still having the same issue. Anybody can help ? 🙂
