Access Denied! Fiverr keeps locking me out on my laptop and I have no access to customer support either

Hi Guys! Please, is anybody else having issues accessing their accounts? I can’t contact customer support too.I need help, please!

I have the same proplem ,I can’t come in touch with customers Support service .I paid the money for Editing my manuscripts prt of it .The person never did the Editing .I want my my money Master back to my account .The customer support never anwer. Lampros

I cleared my cache and cookies and rebooted my browser. Now, I can log in with ease. You should probably do the same. Also, I have sent a mail to customer support for future references.

Did you hear back from fiverr support ? I had this issue and was blocked for 10 minutes. Cleared my cache and cookies etc and I still couldn’t get back in but waited a little more and suddenly could? I sent them an email but dont suspect I will hear back for a few days.
