How to withdraw using payoneer mastercard?

I have $90 to my payoneer card that I have withdraw from fiverr. I have also payoneer mastercard.
I want to ask how can I get money using payoneer mastercard?
I just need to go ATM and swipe the card or 1st I need to load $90 to payoneer mastercard from payoneer account?
I have confusion in it!

If you have money in your Payoneer account, you can use your card like a normal bank card.

I use mine to withdraw from ATMs, buy stuff from stores, and shop on the web.
