Last seen ... ago and Away

I’ve always seen there was “Last seen … ago” and with one buyer I see just “Away” (in the inbox). How does it work and what it depends on?

@curate2341 A buyer just contacted me and after a minute, it was showing “away” status but the buyer was online. I have faced this situation 2-3 times. So, I am confused which is wrong and which is good???

It could just be a little bug. Just message the person and you’ll find out.

So why Fiverr does not remove this bug? Should we report this bug?

This has happened to me to. A buyer talked to me for a minute. Then he said he is going to sleep. Then his last seen changed to ‘away’.

I believe this is another feature of fiverr which allows to show yourself offline while even being online. When this feature is turned on, it shows AWAY. happened with me once
