Completed 31 orders..still not level 1!

i completed 31 order With 5 star feedback but i have not yet been promoted to level 1… possible reasons?

You have to pass monthly evaluations now.

Congrats on your orders…

You should check to make sure you have passed the monthly promotion requirements. E.g amount of money earned, days of staying at no level, response times, etc. also your next evaluation date.
