I’m sorry, but the fact that I dare to sleep sometimes shouldn’t give me bad numbers enough to take me away from Level 1. It’s just not right. All my other numbers are great, but because I dare to sleep when people from across the globe send me a message… well, I need to be punished.

Sorry, but I think that’s lame. We shouldn’t be punished for sleeping, sorry. In order to keep a good response time, I’d have to hire people to answer messages. That’s not right, sorry.

The problem is that 90% of my clients are on the other side of the globe.

I don’t know what’s happened then. I’ve been responding to everyone within that time. It currently says my response time is 11 hours.

You won’t lose your level because of the response time. However, you can lose it if your response rate is below 90% (but to avoid that, you just need to respond to the first message from a new prospect within 24 hours).

Thanks. Though like I said, I don’t know what has happened. I’ve really been trying to keep up with that. The smartphone app is sometimes a bit buggy and takes a very long time to notify me (as well as the “no internet connection” bug that I continually have to force stop the app for), but I didn’t think it was quite that bad.

I’m kind-of at a loss right now.

I don’t know what’s happened then. I’ve been responding to everyone within that time. It currently says my response time is 11 hours.

If you’re sure you didn’t miss anyone, it could be a bug, you could ask support. I did once when my response rate dropped inexplicably (I think the time dropped with it, though not as drastically as 11 hours, I think it only went to 2 hours - but else it had always been 1 hour and maybe it would have dropped yet more). They told me 3 names I didn’t reply to - only I had. Those had been messages I’d replied to on the app, so I made screenshots and sent them, they sent them on to the tech team. That ticket is still open and they didn’t reset my rate but it didn’t happen again and eventually, the rate reset on its own, so far so good.

I never check my phone while sleeping and I never had my response rate below 100%. Like others said, something might happen that you face these issues.

It sounds silly, but do you think that maybe sometimes you read the messages from notification bar and don’t answer it in app? Or something like that?

No Internet Connection (/Internet Connection is On) is extra pathetic when you’re almost done typing a message but haven’t tapped Send yet.
