miiila Posted September 21, 2018 Share Posted September 21, 2018 Last time I wanted to report something I didn’t have an order number for, I could enter “-”. If that doesn’t work anymore, you can find something “neutral” in the drop down like “other buying features” or such which doesn’t ask for an order number. You can attach screenshots, so they’ll have the order number to look it it up.Perhaps your seller closed their account or it got suspended in which case all active orders get cancelled and refunded as far as I know (look at your Fiverr balance), maybe then the order number gets “invalid”. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
