I don’t think it has anything to do with suspicion. Imo everyone has to verify who they are eventually. Sending them a scan of your ID/Driver’s licence is sufficient to bring color to the buttons again! Assuming you haven’t done so already.

Yes, I tried to withdraw my funds yesterday but the button for withdrawal is greyed out. I have written to Customer Support, it's been almost 16 hours, I haven't heard from them yet. They usually reply within 3-4 hours.

Fiverr Support has responded to me and my issue has been resolved.. they have enabled the withdrawals now..

I'm experiencing the same problem for about a year. I'm contacting Customer Support every month and they always refresh my account. This month it's not working and I can't withdraw my money. Has anyone fixed this problem permanently?
