No resolutions tab on my order page/Please advise how to get message to the team

Near the top of the order (above the countdown timer) you should see a tab labeled “Activity”. In green to the right of it you should be able to click on the words “Resolution Center”. If you would like to cancel or if you cannot complete the order and the buyer either agrees to mutually cancel or is not responsive, you have options there.

If you are trying to contact and send messages to Customer Support, you need to “Submit a ticket” on the top right of the page at support.fiverr.com after signing in with an email address.
