Can't find any buyer in my buyers request option!

Hello!I am new in fiverr.I can customize my profile to 90% because they dont send me email verification link to my mail! Thats why I can’t.my gig is on the data entry . But my problem is i can’t find any buyer in my buyer request option ! Please someone can help me ,what should i do!! I will be very greatful. I have given the screensshot link here.
