I had a question, What happens if I immediately cancel a withdrawal made via Payoneer. After payoneer cancels, will the amount be automatically credited to my Fiverr balance?

Or what can I do at this point to regain my revenue?

Do not do that. Fiverr does not accept returns of your funds once they are withdrawn.
It is my understanding from years of reading this forum that the funds disappear.

You should ask customer support about this.
