Hi Fellows
I am sorry to say “I cancelled the Order Mistakenly with *********” . He was performing my job very well. I was about to cancelled the job another seller. I was so sleepy then at late night. And I found at the morning I cancelled the wrong order with wrong review Unfortunately .
It was not the point. The Point is " *********" earned 5 start reviews for the years. But he lost his rank he achieved years after years. Its Become 1 start. Its Bad think happened while i am not expert that much about fiverr. I did not knew how rank increase or descries. Its making me feeling sad. I am sorry for thousands time to him. He was a good seller for sure.

So I need to accept my apology by " ********* " .
And Please advise me how can i help him to increase the rank on fiverr?
Can you advise me to help to " *********" get 5 Star Reviews?
Please advise anyone. My mistake harmful for others without any good reason,
