Order completion rate down 6%?

Why would that happen? I was gone for the period of almost two months and it dropped from 89% to 80%.

Fast forward to now and I boosted it up a few days ago tp 86% but now it’s at 80% with no orders cancelled.

What’s happening?

the cancellation rate is an average of 60 days , you need to count your total number (total orders received) of orders from last 60 days ,then count the number of cancelled orders +charge backs and minus the figure from the total orders the divide the remainder with the total and multiply by 100…
the exact reason for it getting lower day by day is that the total number of completed orders is decreasing but the cancelled orders remain the same, hope it helps !
