New seller here, wanting to know what to expect

I created my account just a few days ago and I am almost ready to activate my first gig that I have planned. But before I do, I just wanted to ask about what to expect on a few different matters. I understand that they will probably vary greatly from seller to seller but I just wanted to get an idea of what you folks have found to be the average in your experience. Also, feel no obligation to give any details here: I understand if you would prefer to keep this information private. Without further ado:

1. What percentage of orders do you find leave a review?
2. What percentage of orders do you find leave a tip?
3. What percentage of orders do you find purchase any extras that you offer?
4. What is your usual conversion rate from clicks/impressions/views?
