Thank you for updating your thread. 🙂

This service violates Facebooks Terms of Service which in turn is in violation of Fiverrs TOS.

What’s the point of this whole category then?

Sorry - I’m still really confused by this whole thing, and am sure you must be too.

Your guess is as good as mine. I’m getting the feeling like it’s some sort of entrapment or something. Just setting these Sellers up to fail. There are a few questionable categories that is bewildering. Hopefully, you can put 2️⃣ together.

They couldn’t answer my questions so they just closed my account.

That’s Fiverr for you, right there.

Are you still talking to support or should the community come together for onace and do something about the mess Fiverr has become?

They haven’t replied to me, just disabled my account.

This is honestly pathetic. I don’t even know where to start from. What on earth is going on with Fiverr.

Try making a seperate thread for this whole “situation” and maybe a mod could try to get someone from staff invovled. I have no idea how I can trust this site anymore and that frightens me way too much.

You cannot trust them, they can tear you down at will. You’ve just witnessed it on this thread.

My assessment is this - it’s as if any questioning on our part of their competence is what inspires them to disable people’s account. It’s one of three things here:

1 - They don’t like the idea of their answers being questioned - even when it’s a legitimate question to ask.
2 - They don’t really understand what is being asked of them (perhaps they, like buyers, don’t really read or understand what’s going on).
3 - You push for an explanation and, like refunding troublesome buyers without a second thought, they disable a “troubling” seller.

This kind of customer service could ruin Fiverr quicker than anything else… IMHO. It’s also why, even though I have issues with clients, I refuse to go to CS unless I absolutely have no other choice!

Well, these things happen. Next time I’ll be more careful 🙂

Now I have to wait 90 days before I can claim my final payments and I cannot contact Fiverr because they’ve closed my account so I can’t log in to the helpdesk part.

Glorious shit! As in, real ban? When is Fiverr going to realize sellers make the money and willingly share it with them? Perhaps, too many sellers are making them feel as though they don’t need more.
