I Have problem with withdrawing money

I Have problem with withdrawing money. I withdraw $16 to pay - pal in August 10. after that i received a email
"Hi sangumyc,

We have good news! Your revenue, in the amount of $16, was sent to your PayPal account. It may take a few days for your funds to appear in your PayPal balance.

Note: PayPal charges a fee per each withdrawal."

But still my money not in there. please help me.

if the given time period is passed contact to support…i suggest wait for one or two day more may b it is late because of any holidays…
