Loyalty Program Option In Gig

I was wondering if it was possible to make a gig option for repeat customers abling me to offer them incentives and rewards for their continued business.

Im aware of the customer offer system which i could probably just ask them to use that but i feel that is more leg work for me and the client.

I was hoping for something that I could put on my gig page maybe as my third package option. It would closed to anyone that is not a repeat customer.
