Unable to verify phone number

I’m trying to publish and I’m seeing a pop up that I need to verify my phone number first. I’m choosing my country (Zimbabwe) and keying in my number but the buttons are staying grey and unclickable.

Can anyone help with this please?

I had the exact problem. Fiverr support recommended to use Google Chrome.
I had used Safari first. It worked when using Google Chrome.

I’m using chrome on my iPad. I’ll try chrome on PC later today. Hopefully, that’ll work.

I’ve been suspecting this as my problem. Is anyone else using a non corporate type number? or a number that doesn’t have your name and social listed on it?
