Did you get the offer through a custom offer in the messages section?

It might be that you have archived the message, and therefore cannot see it if your active messages. If you go to archived, you may come across it, where you’ll be able to ask them to resend your offer so that you can accept it.

Otherwise, if you can remember what you searched to find the seller, could you search it again and see what comes up? You might find them, or find someone else who offers similar work.
