Canceled orders

This is unacceptable. I did a lot of work for this buyer and now he cancels them one by one and you approve of that. He is supposed to be a top buyer. I know you will not return the money but this is a robbery. This is not fair, I do not understand how it can happen here. What will happen to my reputation? Everyone will see that I have a high rate of cancellations and there is no justification for them.
