The buyer disabled his account by mistake / order canceled

Question

It seems that my buyer disabled his account by mistake. The consequence is that the order we were working on has been canceled automatically by fiverr support.
I have contacted the support and I think that the buyer has contacted the support as well.
How is it possible to make the support go quick? It’s very urgent!
I cannot proceed anymore.
Thank you for your help if you have already met this kind of issue.
