from screenshot provided it looks there isn’t processing fee anymore from personal balance (or I could be completely wrong)

Reading the title and looking at the screenshot, I realized that the processing fee for orders placed using account balance is waived off.

Only if it’s a balance that resulted from a refund. All of the other purchases are subject to the fee.
