Hi, I’m new in Fiverr. For withdrawing through the Payoneer account , I haven’t National ID for create a Payoneer account. So can I connect other people’s(Family Member) Payoneer account with my Fiverr account?

not if they use fiverr too. better bet with paypal and moving it around from there.
