Cant continue on personal info seller

This is a very frustrating problem. Why has it not yet been fixed, and how are some getting around it?

I've filled out the seller profile info, but I cannot Continue (safe).

The only obvious problem is the profile picture is not loading. I have tried various sizes without luck. I have always tried this in 3 different browsers.

it wont let me continue before i filled the tagging in gallery page. but after filled only one, all buttons is unclickable... the tagging will lost everytime i refreshed the page, and it wont let me continue again before i filled it again.. (same case when i used chrome) help me... 😞  😞
