Reconsidering a Negative Comment

One of my buyers added a negative comment after 2 months of delivering. When asking him for explanations and assuring him that I have delivered his order in a professional manner, he agrees to reconsider his comment and asks me to walk him through the process. Can someone tell me what to tell him?
