How to contact with buyer?

Dear all community members.

Now -a-days I couldn’t communicate to a buyer (as like I couldn’t send message). Why i couldn’t send any message to any buyer.

I couldn’t understand what you are saying. If any client message you then you can communicate with them using inbox.

You can contact a buyer only if you talked to them through you inbox before. If you have talked to them through order notification then you can’t contact them from your side.
