Fiverr Bug? Send Message not working

Is Fiverr system down? I’ve been trying to send a confirmation message that I have received an order from a repeat buyer, but it is not sending the message. I have also tried to send a message to Fiverr CS help center and it seems they are not receiving my message either. I have not yet received an email from them stating that they have received my message, which they generally do. I’m a little reluctant to resend the message, as Fiverr states not to re-send messages.

Does anyone have a clue to what might be happening?
