The funny thing is, the support replied. But I guess he didn’t even read. What he said was meant for a buyer, and not a seller.

His quote : “If your order is running late, you will have the option to cancel the order from your order page. Doing so will give your seller an automatic negative review.”

That is a little sad. I’m sorry that after waiting so long you got a response like that. I believe that probably most of the time 5r customer svc has given timely and valuable help to the sellers. Honestly though, from what I have been reading it seems like the sellers are on their own, no matter what the situation.

It’s good to read around in the forum. Many times it makes me happy 😃 .
