How can buyer write a review if the order was autocompleted?

I am trying to explain to buyer how to do that… And I don’t know myself - what buttons should he press?

Can you please put here a link of a video, he can follow to write a review to an autocompleted order?

Did you tell your buyer to go to the bottom of the order page?

As far as I know, on the bottom of the order page you can write the review although the order got autocompleted.

So your buyer should click at the lop right on “Buying” -> “Orders” -> in the list click on the finished order and then scroll to the bottom.
