Maybe you should go on “out of office” mode and let support know about it. Fiverr isn’t on first place anymore now…

You may need to learn to manage your time, more efficiently.

When stuff happens like OP wrote, you can’t really say that…

Yeah I have that stuff set up and had it, sorta like I said, this really was never an issue before the last month or so… it’s more about Fiverr not really having my back in a crappy situation, then anything else.

I mean when it all comes down to it, we really aren’t freelancers, we all basically work for Fiverr, before these changes this year it wasn’t like that.

I wrote to other person that they can’t say something about time where there are other life problems, especially like you have. I am sorry to hear that tho

Yeah, its all good man, I’ve sorta accepted being level 2 if it happens 🙂 It’s just crazy how fast it dropped in that time I was a solid like 97-98% pretty much since it began …

From what I was told from customer service this is a direct quote from them.

“Regarding your possible demotion, the system will automatically demote you if on the 15th of July your stats do not improve by then.”

I have also heard that to get back TRS is extremely hard.

TRS is not any Level. It’s Reward by fiverr Editorial team! 😉

So we have only 2 levels - 1 and 2. Game playing within that!!

Yeah, we were saying that in that case any demotion should be reviewed by them as well.

It’s automated demotion every month!! so called …* i got bored to the systems of Evaluation. Now i’m not caring any more.

Yeah looked last month when I got that notification, looks like it was on 15th for keeping my TRS, so maybe I have today also to get above 90, I’m actually surprised I didn’t get it yesterday.

Still hasn’t dropped from TRS, I’m expecting it to when ever it hits the 15th, its crazy usually I get so many messages just in general, I haven’t gotten any messages in about 22 hours, makes me wonder if something has already sorta went into effect on their end on my account. 😕

Good luck Cal, How are you doing?

Well, still 89% doesn’t look like its going to happen unfortunately, its crazy because I haven’t gotten a message from anyone new in like 23 hours 😛 Usually I get 20 a day or more…

But it’s ok, after my sister called me yesterday, found out she doesn’t actually have that long unfortunately, so losing TRS really doesn’t seem like a big deal anymore, sorta puts your life in perspective worrying about some arbitrary percentage point, and my sister will be counting months 😦

I do apericate everyone trying to help though was very kind 🙂

Well to updated everyone, I’m level 2 now. It’s funny cause I was thinking it probably wasn’t even a percentage point that I lost TRS to it was probably, after adding up numbers and going through all my messages I figured I was somewhere around 89.60% - 89.80%. I was surprised by how many messages I got from kind sellers on here, Found a lot of cool gigs that hopefully I can use and found some people who I can probably send buyers over to if I get a chance.

I guess in the end I really wish losing TRS wasn’t so impersonal, I work so hard on my designs and getting orders out on time that to lose it because I didn’t send some auto reply’s to a few people who probably wouldn’t have ordered anyway sorta just seems like a slap in the face after 7 years on the site, but also after the past few months I’ve had personally with my luck I really didn’t expect to keep TRS.

I’m hopeful that this will not effect me too much, but it’s hard to say. Thanks everyone who tried to help, I hope you all have a great weekend and I hope you have lots of luck and sales on your own gigs 🙂

Same situation here, in my case it was due to lots of people asking to work for me which I stopped responding to, so not even real clients…

I am sorry to hear that.

My argument is that it shouldn’t be weighted the same,

I feel that way about “order by mistake” orders. I almost slid back to level 0 because of that. 😩 There is much to improve in the way the stats are used. I hope Fiverr figures it out soon.

The person who was messaging me, I sent a comment about money, talking about how we make the site money, and they blocked me from messaging you.

Yep, it doesn’t make any sense to me at all. I mean basically I lost my TRS by about .4% or so because I didn’t send out enough prewrote auto reply’s to people who most likely were not going to order from me anyhow.

I mean if we are “Doers” and “Freelancers” we should be able to decided who we want to message back, I would much rather have my work on time and look great then have to worry about if the seller is answering every single message that comes in in 24 hours… even on weekends. I mean I already work anywhere from 10-12 hours a day on this site 7 days a week almost, zero days off.

Just frustrating.

A better system or use of their resources instead of busting good designers down, is to spend time developing a process to vet designers who aren’t real designers. I’m sure probably some of you know, in the graphic design world this site has a terrible reputation, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to defended this site to other designers or on Facebook on their own page.

I mean I’ve begged them to update their vacation system, I’ve begged them to allow for 1 day off where you don’t have to be constantly on call and answer everything.

I told them to implement a system, where we can leave our gigs active, but turn off new messages from coming in from new people, even that would help out TREMENDOUSLY…

But its been years since i have suggested these things and nothing has been done. 😕 Instead they spend time developing a system to make it even harder for people like me to keep everything they worked for over the last 7 years or so.

If you had some spam messages in the previous 30 days, that you couldn’t respond to, those should not count! Maybe they can switch you back to TRS as a correction of this bug. A couple of unfair spam messages can maybe give you more than 0.4%

Yeah, I’ve messaged them so many times. I did forget also this month they changed their whole messaging system, which through me off a tad also, which makes me wonder if that could have effected me. I know all the saved messages I had on my end for all the great clients I worked with got erased, I have probably over 70 or 80 on there, now I have like 10… lol

It’s all good, I’m sure they are sick of hearing from me, they didn’t really seem like they wanted to help much anyhow. The one guy said he passed along my info to the editorial team, so we’ll see on Monday I guess.

Sorry, you lost your TRS. Continue to deliver high-quality work and look at the bigger :framed_picture: picture. There’s more to life than Fiverr or titles! I know it totally suck but that’s the cards we’ve been dealt – some things we cannot control. Keep ya chin up!

Yeah, I’ve heard this many times from different Sellers. It’s seem like the hard work just goes down the 🚽 toilet or drain.

It seem we only see seller demoted from TRS, anyone experience level up to TRS from Level 2 since St.Level Day launched? Or gain back your TRS after demoted? Seem like fiverr wanna eliminate TRS for some reason on the platform?
