No, it’s fine to travel,of course; to be completely safe from any automated flagging of your account against “unusual activity”, though, if you want, you could send a ticket to customer support, telling them you’ll be travelling for x amount of time to x and z countries, then if anything happens (like you use the same WiFi as someone else who is also on Fiverr while traveling), you can point to your ticket and support’s response.
