Took my $270 and hacked my website

so I was refunded by fiver after I asked the seller to stop what she was doing, but they gave it to me as credit, after that I receive a message from the seller her name is ******** from ******* , she said that I was not smart and that I will see her again, and that I will never make sales online, after I complained to fiver they blocked me and took my $270. sure enough in the same night, that ****** hacked my website infected it with all kind of malware and leaked all my pictures online, I have all this in screen shots with her threats, now I managed to get back to my account they never respond to my messages but I will create a special YouTube chanell for everyone has this horrifying experience with fiverr and we are coming back not for $270 it will be many more zeros’ next to the 27.

This is how refunds work. Refunds return to buyers as site credit. This is clearly noted within Fiverr’s Terms of Service. Please be sure to read that TOS so you understand how Fiverr works.

That sounds like a threat. Threatening Fiverr is not going to get you what you want. It sounds like Fiverr operated within their site rules, and you just don’t like the consequences. Move on. You have better things to be indignant over.

That sounds like a threat. Threatening Fiverr is not going to get you what you want. It sounds like Fiverr operated within their site rules, and you just don’t like the consequences. Move on. You have better things to be indignant over.

how can I upload to you the screen shots I have from the threats I was facing from your seller ? of course you will not give me any option to post it here and you saying I was threatnining. all I want is money back and fixing my store

Whoah! Hold your horses, buddy. I have never worked for you, and I have never had access to any of your money. Don’t blame me for your problems.

I merely responded to you here on the forums – and no, I am not wrong. I have absolutely no connection to you outside of this forum topic. If you have a problem with Fiverr, take it to Customer Support, don’t start blaming other sellers for your failures to know, understand, and work within the rules.

The Forum users cannot handle (Fiverr Staff) Customer Support issues.

The users here are Buyers & Sellers and don’t have the 🛠️ to help!

You can lodge a ✉️ ticket here. Give CS the applicable details and provide the screenshots. CS response time varies up to 24-48 hours tops.

Also, communicate with a clear & sound mind. I know you’re upset atm but please be respectful & polite to CS. Inhale & exhale before you start composing a message to them; you don’t want to come across as incoherent.

You can Submit a Request to have funds returned to your PP or CC.

Note: If you do not want the money refunded to your shopping balance and prefer that the money be reimbursed to your PayPal or credit card, Fiverr can issue a one time refund.
