Cancelled order Inquiry

One buyer cancelled order by mutual agreement with me and now she was asking me to delete the work I have done for her and I have deleted that work also but she is sending some links which i have not created and I can’t delete. But she is forcing me to delete them also. Will it affect my profile as I have done all things for her after cancellation also. please help me out.

But she is asking me again and again to do that and saying otherwise she will contact with Fiverr but I know I am not wrong.

Tell her that she has been fully refunded land that your contract has ended. Be very polite and respectful.

Then submit a ticket to Support and send them a screenshot of the ex-buyer’s harassment. Tell Support that you just want to let them know that you can’t help further and you already cancelled. If she contacts them, they will have your ticket first.

After that, don’t respond to her at ALL no matter how many times she messages. Just ignore her. If you keep responding, you are part of a problem and you shouldn’t be.

i already submitted a ticket to fiverr support with same words i have written in that topic.
