I'm not showing up in search results

No matter what I criteria I use, I can’t find my gig. Ditto for searching for me by user name. And before you ask, it’s been at least 48 hours since I last edited it, so I don’t think that’s it.

Try to contact CS and tell them that it has passed more than 48 hours since you edited your gig, but it’s not back in search. I had the same issue once and they were very helpful. They will check it for you. 🙂

Hey there,

I have the same problem. My gig isn’t showing in search. Can you give a quick overview how you fixed this problem?

@uzairibrar, you have no control over the search algorithm, or ensuring that your gig is where you want it to be in the search results. If you think there is a listing problem, feel free to contact Customer Support and ask for further insight.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have 21/21 5* ratings, reply in <1hr, 16k views, 674 clicks and 758 views, an average 25 views per day, and had made no changes to my gig.

5 days ago, I had an average 25 views/day. Over the last 4 days my daily views went from 29 to 10 to 4 to 0. I have dropped from the top row of the search results to the bottom of page 11.

Has anyone else had problems with fake orders being created, and had to cancel them?
I have tried to get CS to remove them from my account (as the buyers had clearly ignored my gig description, but CS refused to), so I think, as my “60 day review” occured 3 days ago, it has clearly wiped me out due to the cancellation rate.
