I need help from people offering website developing

Im expert in PHP and website coding im thinking to create a gig to offer website development, i have 5 years of experience working with people around the world I read fiverr TOS and my answer is when I deliver the project can I ask people ti give them admin login info when they accept the website. So I dont get scr*wed around. If i cant what its the best solution, also how to priperly deliver what kind of document should i put, how do you deliver?
