None of what you’ve said makes much sense - if you could clarify it would be really useful please.

When did you deliver the order, and when was it cancelled so the buyer got their money back?

after the order he marked as complete then and m sure u knew everything

Did you message the buyer after you delivered the order asking for positive feedback etc. because that may have been enough to annoy them to leave a negative feedback and then cancel via CS?

if he is happy says that is 100% exactly what he want and he gave not good rating thats okay its his wish m fine with it its a buyers right to rate good or bad no problem

but i have a right to ask a buyer if he is happy and want exactly what he want design was the same according to his wish then what is going wrong that he gave poor rating and if there is something wrong i can tuned it

Added - just realised this is a continuation of:

what the hell is this a serious issue a buyer send me a pic and want to do the same then he get the stuff and agree that is what he want exactly then he left poor ratings i requested him if you want any modification or any thing i’ll do it the he say if you do some other projects free for me then i’ll up your ratings what should i can do for this

and asnwers is he says to refund i say okay but i can’t see option there coz order was complete so send him a screen shot and say i can not but i contact to cs they will do then he start annoying me to do that i have done a dozen time request to cs to cancel it coz i dnt know how to cancel the complete order i have doto some research to cancel it it takes time but he start annoying me then i say i can not refund but i have already send cs request and dnt know how to refund all i can do is to contact cs and i have done many times then i do from option but from there he only change a review and he write a wrost thats it

So he hasn’t had a refund after all then? Apologies if I’ve misunderstood.

BTW - buyers CAN’T change a review unless you ask them to, so he couldn’t have altered it himself.

yes i have told u instead of cancel option as i cannot see their and dnt have a knowledge as i told u have send him a request ther i dnt want but there is to modify review but exactly i thought it was cancel offer but it was not it was happen due to lack of knowledge not intentionally

So you delivered the order, you kept asking the buyer for a positive feedback, the buyer got upset with you harassing him and he left a bad review.

He hasn’t had a refund and he’s using the work legally.

2nd i only did that mistake i asked him which was mine right to ask wif he is so happy with the design then what is the wrong thing happend that he gave me not good rating i understand its his right to rate how he want fine did u understand

as fiverr is mine only source of income i cannot harras any one neither i’m here to do some thing like that i’m a hardworer who work soo hard just cant tell u mine situation what exactly is

but it really hurts

i did soo much to make him happy now this thing happens to me is not a justice at all

and i’ll quit from here but i have a family to support thats why i put a fight otherwise i have no reason to do that i’ll accept all but now the question is i cant

Oh my gosh. I don’t know what you did because you won’t explain it in a way that makes sense. Whatever the case, it sure sounds like you hassled the buyer about reviews and about him asking for the lifetime revisions that you offered him. It’s no wonder that he left you a bad review with all the messages going back and forth. I don’t know if he canceled at all or canceled through Customer Support. I’m not going to offer advice about how to stop him from using your work (even though there are ways) because your situation makes no sense to me. Good luck with all that.

Technically that’s not against ToS, but I’ve seen people say that they’ve gotten in trouble for it. I avoid mentioned reviews to buyers, just to be on the safe side.

That’s why : note potential buyer to contact us first before ordering is important. If you think this buyer is a bad one, just say that we can’t help his/her with they project.

I can attest to that!

I got a red warning after asking a buyer for an “honest review”… because the one he had given was blatantly dishonest…regarding how our communication had been - up until the review, and whether I had done what I says I do in my gig description (which I had)…

He had rated all three categories 1…

So I steer clear.

Not being unkind here, but I think there might have been a communication problem somewhere along the way with your buyer and yourself @nexxxt

I use 80% Google translator and Grammarly for Chrome. I have over 22k of complete orders. Communication is necessary, but it is more important to offer the customer what he wants. Rating Breakdown 4.9 Communication With Seller
