Fiverr order completetion rate is going down by day by day. I think I lost my account

My rate was 85% but now day by day it going down automatically, In future I was at 90% rate but at that time this kind of things were not happened, After 60 days it was automatically increased by itself to 100%. Now fiverr says that if my gig will not ranked yet for the reason. if that happen then How could I increase and save my account.
