Fiverr Contact Support does not work at all?

I tried to contact fiverr many times for last 5 days, regarding refund my money to my bank account, every single time, fiverr system keep telling “Delivery Failed”?!! This is really bad service!

How then to contact them?

I don’t thing there are problems with Fiverr support. I have contacted them three times last week and each of my query was solved successfully by the support.

I also have an ongoing ticket and i got to communicate with the guys from support so that means that something from your part makes it to get that error, so just keep trying or try emailing just like offlinehelpers suggested! Good luck!
