How to have "My Portfolio" box to my Fiverr profile

Hello Friends

I was browsing on Fiverr, then I saw a seller’s profile who has recently become a Top Rated seller. He has a box in his profile called “My Portfolios”. Upon clicking that box, all of his portfolios were in full view. This is very attractive feature, it would help to boost sales.

My question is that, how can I have a box like that? Or is it a privilege reserved for only top-rated sellers.
