Gig Gallery Photo Replacings

for example , when I publish a gig If I need to replace the front photo I have to remove all the 3 images and upload them again one by one because of auto swapping of second image to the first one , Can we do something for that ? drag and drops not works for the first image.

Drag and drop would be ideal. It would save on ⌚ and would make updating images hassle-free.
