My "On time-delievery" rating keeps droping

I need help
I have 2 orders presenlty, one is incomplete beacause the seller has not given me requirements of the job for about 1 week now

The second job deadline is still next 2 days

But my “on time delievery” rating keeps decreasing

Can someone explain the reason why it’s decreasing ?

Did you late any order from past 60 days?

It’s calculated based on the 60 days from today so it’s actually quite normal.
There are plenty of posts that explain it with visuals.
