Payoneer Blocked my account with the money in there

I withdrew from my account to Payoneer, though the transaction was successful on Fiverr but not successful on Payoneer, i contacted Payoneer to know why, but they blocked my account along the line which i then asked them for a refund of my money, they then told me they have returned the money to Fiver that i should contact Fiver support to confirm their refund. Will my money be refunded?

I don’t think it will be return to the Fiverr again(When refunded) because the withdrawal is finalized.

Normally the Payoneer is not very strict than paypal.
How did you get blocked?
