Yes, This is against Fiverr rules, buyer will give you review himself.

with your delivery, You could add a note but not for review.

Check out the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page so that you know the rules as to how Fiverr works.

You cannot directly ask. But your buyer will surely give you feedback
