Withdrawal Email Not Received

Hi everyone,
it seems awkward that when today if tried to withdraw my funds via Bank transfer I use payoneer.
It say
“” Almost Done!
Please check your email for further instructions on how to complete your transfer request. “”
but in my inbox there’s no email received I also checked the spam folder. 😦
I’m worried.
