Buyer request refund after order completed

Hi Everyone.
I had an order with a buyer, I’ve delivered the first design before the deadline.
He requested some revisions, and I’ve made all the changes he asked for, after delivering the last files the order was marked automatically as completed after 3 days. A few days ago he comes to me asking for extra changes that I did for free and sent all the files with the source files over the inbox.
Now he asked for a refund claiming that my work wasn’t professional, when I refused refunding the order, he told me that he will fill a complaint to the Support.
What shall I do now? He got all the files and now he want the money back!

I’m so sorry this is happening to you!

Have you tried contacting Fiverr Customer support yet?

Maybe they can advice you on how to best react to this!

I didn’t, He stopped responding to my messages, I offered him to make you extra revisions for free. I think I’ll send them a message.

I don’t want to tell you what to do, but giving clients free revisions when they’re already being rude doesn’t sound like the best option.

Some clients will think they can walk all over you and treat you without any respect if you don’t set some boundaries.

The only thing I can advise here is clear communication and honesty.

Did you deliver high quality and did you follow instructions? Where you clear about what the buyer was going to get?

If you can answer “yes” to these questions, you probably shouldn’t give this client more free work. He doesn’t respect you or your work and will just make you feel miserable.

If you answered “no” to any of these questions, try to solve it as professional as possible. Apologize for any inconvenience and promise to fix what needs to be fixed.

I hope this helped!

I think you’ve got nothing to worry about then. I really hope this problem gets solved for you, will you update on the status?
