For two days, I haven't been able to place orders

When I attempt to place an order, I get to a screen that states, “We’re Working On It. We’ll email you once your order is ready.” Well, the email never comes and the order is never processed. Support, thus far, has ignored a tweet to them and an official support request.

Anyone else encountering this?

Yes, but the card I’ve used for months… maybe years.
