Can't submit an order

I wasn’t sure which category to put this in. But for the past 4 days, I’ve been trying to submit an order with two different people. Every time I try to submit an order, I get the message “We’re Working On It. We’ll email you once your order is ready.” But I get no email. I’ve tried to submit an order on my desktop, laptop (trying different browsers), my iPad and iPhone but I get the message no matter what. I’ve also had the people send me orders but I still can’t get it done. I really need to get this work done. I’ve also submitted a “help ticket” but haven’t heard back (it’s been 3 days). Help please!
