Low ratings given by the buyer

As my buyer said that he gave me poor rating by mistakenly. with 100 percent positive review. so now he said that he want to change the ratings.
So what should we do now.

Go to ‘Resolution center’ top right corner of your order page, you will be able to send request to buyer for changing review.

I already use this option 5 month ago. Now if i use again then this will be good or bad for my account ?

If you’ve used it 5 months ago I’m pretty sure it’s okay to use it now. It doesn’t look like you’re abusing that button so far.
