You’ve now opened a new account without asking permission from CS.

All you can do is ask CS for further help as their email suggested.

So no matter how many times people tell you that you violated TOS and you got account banned, and you violated TOS again by creating new account, you still don’t understand. We can’t help you, only CS can, but they won’t as they already replied to you.

Users with disabled accounts are sometimes allowed to post on the forum and ask questions, but only for a short while. You forum account will probably be disabled soon.

Posting on the forum and asking the same questions over and over again won’t help you. Contact Customer Support.
